Move, breathe, and connect in the heart of the Arts District.

Join us Tuesday evenings for a free community yoga class held inside our pop-up art gallery — a serene space where movement and creativity meet.

As we prepare to open our full yoga and wellness studio next year, these classes offer a way to connect, move, and be part of our growing community while we test new teachers and refine our programming. Each week features a different instructor and a unique style of practice.

We'll flow together through a full practice and end in a mini soundbath.

Move among the art and feel inspired to flow through your week grounded and renewed.

Come as you are. All levels are welcome. Bring your mat, your curiosity, and stay after to mingle among the art or enjoy a demo in our Sonorium sound sanctuary.
