Welcome! Before participating in any experience hosted by Ritual Collective (including Rooted Lounge, curated events, workshops, classes, pop-ups, or retreats), please read and complete the form below.

This waiver applies to all Ritual Collective and Rooted Lounge events, including but not limited to movement classes, wellness experiences, music events, retreats, workshops, and immersive gatherings.

1. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in an event or experience hosted by Ritual Collective LLC. I understand the activities may involve physical movement, wellness practices, sound/music, herbal elixirs, communal environments, and other potentially strenuous or emotional experiences. I accept full responsibility for any risk of injury, illness, allergic reaction, or loss.

2. High-Risk Activities Disclaimer

I understand that some events may involve high-risk activities such as cold plunges, heat exposure (e.g. infrared saunas), fire dancing, strobe lighting, strenuous physical movement, or use of tools or elements (e.g., incense, candles, stage effects). I voluntarily choose to participate and acknowledge these risks.

3. Health & Medical Acknowledgement

I represent that I am in good physical and mental health and have consulted with a medical provider if I have any conditions that may interfere with participation. I accept full responsibility for my health and wellbeing during the experience.

4. Herbal Elixirs & Consumables

I understand that I may be offered plant-based beverages or herbal remedies and I am solely responsible for choosing what I consume. I have disclosed any allergies or medical conditions that could be affected by herbal ingredients.

5. Travel, Nature, & Environmental Conditions

I understand that certain events may take place outdoors or in unique natural environments. I accept all risks associated with terrain, wildlife, weather, and travel.

6. Media Release

I grant permission for Ritual Collective LLC and affiliated partners to use photographs and video recordings taken during the event for marketing and documentation purposes. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will inform the host in advance.

Final Acknowledgement

I certify that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and all of its terms. I am 18 years or older and am signing this agreement of my own free will.
